Delete your account
Public deletion URL for Google Play and web browsers
Use this page to permanently delete your Fanvestia Live account and the personal data we store for it, or to request data removal while keeping the account. You do not need to install the app. Fanvestia Live has no password — accounts are identified the same way as signup: display name + phone number.
Delete account: form below. Same server deletion as Settings → Account → Delete account in the app. It cannot be undone.
Delete data, keep account: prediction history, I’m Calling It, and chat history can be removed without deleting your login.
Delete your data, keep your account
Use this section when you want personal data removed but still want to sign in. Requesting data removal deletes prediction history, I’m Calling It, and chat history. Your Fanvestia Live account (display name and phone login) stays active.

If you wish to have specific data (such as prediction history or profile details) removed manually without deleting your account, please email support@fanvestia.live.
How to delete
- Enter the display name you used when you registered.

Enter the phone number on the account (E.164 such as
+447898007007, or a national mobile such as07898 007007). - Type DELETE in the confirmation box (not a password).
- Submit the form. We look up the account by phone, check the name, then wipe server data.
You can also delete from the installed app: open Settings → Account → Delete account. That path also clears chat previews stored on the device.
What we remove
When deletion succeeds we remove the Fanvestia Live user from our Postgres database, including:
- Account profile (name, phone number, favorite team, premium flag, and related identity fields)
- Chat messages you sent, plus your chat and community memberships
- Predictions, venue check-ins/reviews, blocks, and reports involving your account
- Push-token and other rows tied to that user id
Copies of messages other people sent, or content they still hold in their own chats, are not rewritten as yours. Device-local data is only wiped if you use the in-app delete (or uninstall the app). Billing records required by Apple, Google, or payment processors may be retained as the law requires.
